1 MILE CHALLENGE

Run/Jog/Walk one mile (1.6KM) and record your time.  Wait a day and try again.  Do this four times in seven days while keeping track of your time and the date.  Do you think your time will improve?  Set a goal after the seven days and try to reach your goal.  The world record for one mile is three minutes and forty-three seconds.  No Pressure!
