JUMANJI FITNESS CHALLENGE

​

Directions: Students have 10 seconds to choose which of the 2 characters is weakest against that particular enemy. Then another timer appears for 30 seconds along with an exercise GIF depending on which choice they made. There are 10 slides of choices. They get 1 point for every correct (safest) answer!

We are excited to bring you the first of four in the FitNation Home Workout Series - Modified Movements with Janice Johnson from the Tseshaht First Nation. These are great movements you can do from home, all you need is a little space, a sip of water, and yourself!

Obstacle Course

Create your own obstacle course using sidewalk chalk or household items.  Time yourself to see how long it takes you to complete the course and try to beat or improve your time each time you do it.  Challenge your parents or siblings.

CONTEST: Please send me a picture of your creative obstacle course and I will enter your name for a chance to win prizes.

Rock Paper Scissors (RPS) is a decision making game of wits, speed, dexterity and strategy between players who are unable to reach a decision using other means.  The game is played by substituting the elements of: Rock, Paper, and Scissors with standard hand signals.

School Kids Meditating

Who’s ready for a fun but brutal HIIT workout? This is an intense routine, meant to really push both the lungs and the muscles. With that said, we’ve also provided low impact modifications all the way through, in an effort to remind you that exercise can be flexible, and that it’s okay to make adjustments to make a routine work for you.

This can be done two times a week.

This is your weekly schedule I had sent previously incase you have lost it.  Continue using this program and adjust your repetitions and sets according to your fitness level.

Kids Partner Yoga with Lesley, Indy and Stone Fightmaster is a brief partner practice for kids. Here's a yoga for kids class you will love.
