Obstacle Course
Create your own obstacle course using sidewalk chalk or household items. Time yourself to see how long it takes you to complete the course and try to beat or improve your time each time you do it. Challenge your parents or siblings.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Regular physical activity can help children and adolescents improve cardiorespiratory fitness, build strong bones and muscles, control weight, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and reduce the risk of developing health conditions such as: Heart disease. Cancer. Type 2 diabetes. It is strongly recommended that youth get at least 30-45 minutes of daily physical activity.
